I had a very disappointing experience at MYA Clinic at pandan damai on 24/4/2026. I had an appointment with Dr. Tom Fatimah Binti Arifin at 2:00 PM and was reminded to arrive 10 minutes earlier. I did so, but the doctor was absent for almost an hour with no explanation or update from the clinic. This raises a serious concern — what if a patient had an emergency? Punctuality and responsibility are critical in healthcare. If there was an emergency or delay, patients should at least be informed. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Due to the long wait, I requested to transfer to MYA Semambu as for walk-in, which caused further frustration as we had to travel again without assurance of seeing a doctor. The staff at MYA pandan damai also seemed unclear and uncoordinated, making the situation worse. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I strongly urge this clinic to improve communication, time management, and staff coordination. I also hope the clinic can provide a clear explanation or statement regarding this incident.

Terbaik.. Last check up 2 tahun lepas... Kali ni dtg lg utk klinik obesiti plak.. Doktor & staff semua terbaik.. Mudah berurusan dgn staff dan doktor.. Seronok utk teruskn temujnji sehingga berjaya..

Dr Hafizah was very good. She really listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and suggested suitable supplements. Overall, the staff experience was pleasant as well. I would definitely come back for my next check-up.

Visited on 14/4 at 7 PM. Excellent service from the staff. The doctor was welcoming and gave a very clear, detailed explanation of my health issue. The clinic itself is peaceful, clean, and tidy.
